Hit Esc and then open the Crop Calendar on the left. Quit Game option is at the bottom. It is also in Game Settings and the Help menu.

By pressing "ESC/Pause" you open the in-game menu where you find everything important to manage your farm. In the video description, you will also find a symbol-legend.

Hit esc, go to map screen and hit Q, save and quit will be at bottom. With the console activated you can press ~, ~,q, and then enter. This will not save your game however.
